Michael K. Dorsey: Do toxic dumps in Puerto Rico portend the next Flint tragedy?

I first met Dorsey at the Institute for Social Ecology in 1995, where we were both featured speakers in a conference on activism. I lost touch with him months later, but ran into him again at the Environmental Leadership Program in '03, and we've been in touch on and off ever since. He's a good friend to have, and an invaluable activist as well.
